Time-Saving Breakfast: Mix in Minutes!
- 1 lbs sausage (cooked)
- 1 can Grand biscuits
- 1/2 cup Half and Half
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 8 Eggs
- 8 Frozen Hashbrown patties (or 2 cups of grated potatoes)
- 1 pkg Grated cheddar cheese (16 0z)
In a 9x13 baking dish put biscuits in the bottom of dish. Pat into bottom of dish like a pie crust.
Add hashbrowns on top of biscuits
Add cooked sausage on top of hashbrowns.
Beat eggs and milk mixture together well and pour on top over the sausage.
Add a 16 oz. package of mild shredded cheddar cheese. Use any kind of cheese you wish.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until biscuits are completely done.
Let stand for about 5-10 minutes before cutting.
